All legal issues arising from or related to the use of the Sites shall be construed in accordance with and determined by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without respect to its conflict of laws principles, and any suit or cause of action arising out of your use of the Sites shall be heard in the appropriate court of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania whose decision shall be final and absolute with no right of appeal or rehearing.
